All of our support staff can assist you with your appointments, payments and general information, as well as fix minor problems you may have with your hearing aids.

Renee

Renee joined our reception & administration team in June 2026. Renee works part-time and can help with booking appointments, general enquiries and hearing aid repairs.

Emily

Emily joined our reception & administration team in October 2026. Emily works part-time and can help with booking appointments, general enquiries and basic hearing aid repairs.

Trinity

Trinity joined our reception & administration team in October 2026. Trinity works part-time and can help with booking appointments, general enquiries and basic hearing aid repairs.

Lia

Lia is our casual Saturday receptionist and also helps out during the week from time-to-time. She has been working with us since January 2022 and is currently completing her undergraduate degree at university in the healthcare field.
